I started my day with exercise. I used my mini stepper for 15 minutes and continued by cycling for around 30 minutes. It was really refreshing.
I drank tea afterward before my breakfast. I ate bread with milk for breakfast, tomato and tofu soup for lunch, and chicken rice for dinner. I ate a piece of cake for a snack.
I called my parents to say thank you for raising me and how they taught me about religion and what is good and bad. Although I know they weren't perfect and I also experienced some childhood trauma, I still feel grateful because they saved me from Hell, haha.
But after talking with them, my depression resurfaced again, and I needed to take my medicine. But it's okay. I just expressed my gratitude to them.
