Hello love,
Today, I had a plan: exercise in the morning, write an article until noon, then study Japanese and watch a movie for tomorrow's review.
I did exercise this morning—an hour and a half of cardio. While I was writing the article, my neighbor called. She came over to ask a favor.
Because she's rebuilding her house, she asked if she could store some things at mine. I agreed because my spare room is mostly empty.
Because of that, and because I was also researching an AI video, I fell behind schedule. I didn't finish writing the article until 2 p.m.
Actually, do you remember my psychiatrist appointment on May 28th? I was hesitant, so I canceled it a few hours after making it yesterday. But I rescheduled it for the same date today.
I realized I need it. After talking with my neighbor, I felt overwhelmed and burned out; my energy was completely drained. That's why I finished writing so late. I need professional advice to handle this problem.
I hope I can get through this. By the way, I tried to stick to my diet today, but I wasn't hungry. Sometimes I crave food because of that burnout feeling—just to distract myself. I know it's not healthy.
After writing the article, I planned to rest, but I ended up sleeping until sunset. I felt so tired after the conversation, and I had a weird dream about fighting a monster and the mafia! Haha!
I hope everything goes well. See you again if there is tomorrow.
