Hello, my love,
Today was quite busy. I started with an hour of cardio, but I skipped the cool-down because I felt faint.
My meals today were jamu kunyit for breakfast, a protein shake and a cookie for lunch, and rice and chicken for dinner. I also drank some kombucha to boost my metabolism.
I wrote three movie reviews, which I'll post over the next three days, starting today. You can read them later. I think I can write more if I focus better; focus is my biggest challenge.
Other activities included downloading videos for TikTok, studying IELTS tips, and, of course, playing some shooting games in between. I didn't watch any new movies today; perhaps tomorrow.
