I woke up in a good mood this morning. I called my mom to check her internet data balance because tomorrow is her last day with the current plan. Afterward, I went shopping and bought tissues, papaya, eggs, and other things. I was surprised I managed to weight exactly one kilogram of eggs! 🤣
My neighbor wants to store her wardrobe at my place temporarily while she rebuilds her house. We planned to move it today, but she forgot it's a workday, so we'll do it tomorrow.
I had planned to meet an old friend tomorrow, but because of the wardrobe situation, I rescheduled and went to her house this afternoon.
Her house isn't far—about a 30-minute motorcycle ride. I took a Gojek, and the driver seemed a little worried about me because the neighborhood can be a bit unsafe at night. Thankfully, I got home safely.
She was my partner when I was an auditor. Although we only worked together briefly, it was a memorable experience. I still recall how we met and collaborated. Thirteen years have passed since our last encounter, and today we reconnected, discussing our lives, reminiscing, and praying for each other's futures. It was truly wonderful. I also met her children, who are remarkably bright and intelligent.
After our conversation, we went to a café she frequents. It's small and doesn't have an extensive menu, but the food is delicious.
We had Soto Lamongan, which was my dinner. I'm so full! I hope we both find happiness in the future.
