Day 75 Till I Die

June 14th, 2025

Hello, my love,

Today was a better day. The construction noise was still present, but it wasn't as loud, and I could manage it. I chose to stay home and simply adapt to the situation.

I cooked a meal using some chocolate tofu (tahu coklat) I'd had in the refrigerator for ages. I added carrots, green beans, and meatballs. It was edible, but honestly, the tofu had gone bad, so I couldn't finish it. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away, but I ate almost all of it before the smell became unbearable.

I think I ate a lot today! In addition to the tofu dish, I also had a cup of melon, two coffees, a bread roll, some cookies, and noodles. Quite a feast!

You know, my last job—a ten-year career—was as a project management officer in IT. When seeking new employment, I focused on similar roles, trying to expand my skills in that field. What I didn't realize was that it's all new to me, despite my experience. I lacked the fundamentals. If I want a similar job in this competitive market, I need to become an expert, right?

Then I realized that if I truly want my dream job, and I have to learn from scratch anyway, why not fully commit myself? Why do things halfheartedly?

If I want to be a movie reviewer, I need to study it deeply. That might lead to becoming a screenwriter in the future, since reviews involve analyzing the story itself. That demands a thorough understanding.

It's similar with content creation. It involves storyboarding, narration, and video production. Let's become an expert in this area.

My brain was working overtime today. I've had many ideas for a new project, and it feels more meaningful than previous projects. My older projects lacked a cohesive storyline; I just focused on creating content. This project, however, has a more mature and significant concept. I hope it will be my best work yet.

I won't share the specifics yet, but I'll tell you when the video is finished. Haha.

Oh, I also registered as a volunteer content creator in a film community. I hope to learn more, meet new people with similar interests, and gain a deeper appreciation for life.

That's all for today. See you again tomorrow, if there is one.
