Today is Independence Day in Indonesia. In my neighborhood, they held some contests for the kids, but I didn’t join them. I stayed at home because, in my current mental state, I don’t like being in crowds or loud places. And it’s also still my isolation period.
But I felt kind of bad because they sent me food. I mean, I didn’t join them, but they still sent me food. I don't want to bother them.
I drank jamu and ate a chocolate sandwich for breakfast. I ate the food they gave me for lunch, and I ate kwetiau mixed with tomatoes, spinach, and egg—a dish that I cooked. The kwetiau actually wasn’t very successful, but I had to finish it, haha.
My activities included playing games, watching movies, and listening to podcasts. While listening, I realized that I should listen to more podcasts like that so my perspective on movies will be broader.
Actually, there was something on my mind today that I wanted to share with you, but I forgot it. And trying to remember it is giving me a headache, hahaha.
